UpClick was founded in 2006 and the company is privately funded. The company currently employs over 90 people with its headquarters based in Montreal, Canada. The company has developed a payment platform that combines a marketplace where merchants can cross-sell each other’s products.
The business model is built on absorbing the transaction processing costs of our merchants by intelligently placing complementary products from our marketplace at the time of checkout.
UpClick is a new product and we have been in Beta for a little under 1 year. Yet, the platform running UpClick has been powering eCommerce sites for more than 5 years now – having processed millions of transactions for many different software merchants and marketers since 2001.
We have our product launch geared for early January.
